@BattleAxeVR @KenPfeuffer convenience is king & pinch is more convenient than peripherals - your hand can't run out of battery, doesn't need syncing and is infinitely expressive. Big agree that it's better for physical, direct interactions, but it's more than usable for far field, indirect actions

@BattleAxeVR @KenPfeuffer pinch isn't going anywhere - evidenced by meta & apple's STRONG lean on it. imo they're too reliant on it & the tech isn't there to detect it 100/100 times yet. However, as @hrafntho likes to say, sufficiently advanced tracking can turn anything into a controller😀
